This unique 2- day Artist Lab reunion, brings back together teaching artists from our first Artist Lab to work alongside a creative team to explore Critical Dance Pedagogy in the studio space together. Our objectives are:

• To bring together teaching artists from across the UK with a creative team, to network, share practice, knowledge exchange, and engage in action learning.

• Raise awareness of Critical Dance Pedagogy, of socially embedded assumptions and dominant structural power relations that produce unjust educational and socio-cultural outcomes in dance.

• To reflect upon the impact the first artist lab had on the artists, and how it has impact their practice, and their students/dancers.

• To explore challenges the artists encountered in their practice, and how they changed and evolved their pedagogy in response
